iQOO, Vivo's high-performance brand, is all set to introduce its new flagship iQOO 13 on December 3rd, with the Snapdragon 8 Elite becoming the second phone in India to launch with this latest chipset after realme GT 7 Pro which was introduced on November 26th.
iQOO India has officially confirmed the debut of the iQOO 13 on December 3rd, exclusively on
Amazon and iQOO's own website, with teased specifications including a flagship 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite, 2K LTPO 144Hz Amoled display, and BMW motorsport design with a Halo light on camera module.
However the top-notch specification of the phone is already revealed since the phone is already launched in China, and in India it's almost going to follow the same specification with minor changes.
The Chinese Edition of this phone leaves no space in giving all the flagship features, and this time it's not only going to be great at
performance, display, design, and
camera but also
durability.
Performance
The latest 3 nm architecture-based Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, with clock speed reaching up to 4.32 GHz, will power the phone. For the ultimate gaming experience, it has an Antutu comprehensive running score of 3159448 points and an additional Q2 chip for concurrent frame rates of up to 144Hz.
Where, for all-day battery backup and ultimate performance, this phone will be packed with 6150mAh of battery and 120w of flash charger, but the phone is not going to support wireless charging.
Display
IQOO 13 has 6.82 inches of 2K Amoled, giving up to 144Hz of refresh rate for the ultimate gaming experience.
Design
This time, the iQOO Flasgship series will include the same rectangular camera module with rounded corners; however, the new addition is the halo light, which will sync with the game's atmosphere effect. You will also be able to customize it for a variety of purposes, such as calls, notifications, or music. In India. The iQOO 13 will be available in two colour options for the Indian market: a white variant known as the Legend Edition and a grey option.
Camera
The phone has a triple camera setup featuring a 50MP 1/1.49 main camera with a Sony IMX921 sensor, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 50MP telephoto lens supporting up to 3x optical zoom for the best portraits.
Durability
The iQOO 13 will have both IP69 and IP68 water and dust resistant certifications, which will result in a significant increase in durability over previous iQOO flagship series models.
The phone will be built on Android 15, which offers several AI features; however, iQOO has not integrated extra AI features from its own end, as this phone will be priced between 50,000 and 60,000 Rupees in India and all competitors have major AI features at this price range.
