Feast on Fresh Seafood with On the Border’s New Crab Fiesta Menu

Get ready for the season of lent with On the Border's all-new Seafood menu. The Crab Fiesta menu features new wild-caught crab dishes starting from $9.99.

On the Border is introducing a new seafood menu for the season of lent, featuring wild-caught crab dishes. The Crab Fiesta menu offers new items such as Crab Tostadas, Stuffed Crab Enchiladas, and Mexican Crab Dip. Each of these new menu items starts at $9.99 and will be available through June 2023.

The Crab Tostadas is a double-stacked tostada layered with fresh guacamole and wild-caught crab, topped with toasted corn, pico de gallo, creamy red chile sauce, pickled red onions, and queso fresco.

The Stuffed Crab Enchiladas is a hand-rolled enchilada filled with wild-caught crab and melted Jack cheese, topped with sour cream sauce and pico de gallo, served with Mexican rice and black beans.

The Mexican Crab Dip is a mixture of wild-caught crab, cheese, and creamy red chile, topped with spicy avocado ranch and pickled red onions, served with seasoned flour tortilla crisps.

Where the customers have the option to add wild-caught crab to any entrée for $3.99. Additionally, the menu features the Gran Papi, which includes five food favorites and a side of rice and beans. There is also a new Skinny Manarita using Teremana Blanco Tequila.
