The popular fast food restaurant chain known for their American Style Mexican food is running a number of experiments throughout December, testing out new menu items in secret.
We already know that Taco Bell is set to test the new Cheesy Jalapeno Mexican Pizza in Oklahoma City today, December 22, but none of us accept this from Taco Bell, and the test of three new $2 Chicken Poblano Caesar Burrito, $2 Chicken Enchilada Burrito, and $2 Cheesy Chipotle Chicken Burrito in Charlotte, North Carolina could be a positive sign of its addition to the permanent or temporary menu.
What makes this burrito so unique? Let’s take a closer look at the uniqueness of these Burritos.
Wrapped in tortilla flour, the $2 Chicken Poblano Caesar Burrito is filled with grilled chicken, fiesta tortilla strips, roasted poblano Caesar sauce, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheddar cheese.
The $2 Chicken Enchilada Burrito includes grilled chicken with red sauce, seasoned rice, a three cheese blend, and low-fat sour cream, all wrapped in a hot tortilla.
The $2 Cheesy Chipotle Chicken Burrito is ideal for the winter season, with grilled chicken, seasoned rice, Creamy Chipotle sauce, three-cheese blend, and reduced-fat sour cream all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla.
All three Burritos listed above can be found at the participating locations in Charlotte and NC from December 22 to January 4, 2023.
Taco Bell to Introduce Two New Menu Items Today
Taco Bell is set to launch two new menu items today, the first of which is a new Electric Strawberry Freezes that will be available nationwide on Thursday, December 22, 2022. The Electric Strawberry Freezes will be available in two flavors: blue raspberry or wild cherry ice slush base mixed with a sour strawberry swirl, and will cost $2.99 for a regular (16 oz) and $3.19 for a large (20 oz).
The second item, which will be available nationwide on December 22, is the new Salsa Verde Grilled Chicken Burrito, which will be available alongside the $2 burritos on the Cravings Value Menu.
